Refund and Delivery Policy
We take the utmost care in providing you with a quality product, but if you feel there are any issues with your order, please let us know.
To be eligible for a possible refund or exchange on your faulty item please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery. Steps will then be take to inspect the product, either by photo or return of product, if a fault is found we will work with you to process an exchange or refund.
Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for change of mind.
All our items are made to order, please give 3 - 5 business days for production prior to your order being dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, between 3 - 10 business days. All delivery times are subject to variation depending on outside factors out of our control. This includes but is not limited to transport logistics of your given address or weather issues. If there is any possible hold ups to your delivery we will notify you as soon as we become aware.
Our free standard shipping option does not include tracking, if you require this please upgrade to express shipping.
